PRESENTATION GALLERY : Tourbillon Gallery
The gallery Tourbillon, offers a wide range of first-class sculptures and decorative arts from the 19th century, “Art Nouveau” and “Art Deco” periods.
The owner, Jean-François Bourriaud, with 35 years of experience behind him, who in turn is aided by François Louveau, is a renowned expert licensed by the CNES (Chambre Nationale des Experts Spécialisés en objets d'art et de collection), as well as an expert in public auctions and a member of the SNA (Syndicat National des Antiquaires).
The artworks exhibited, were made by the worldwide well-known French sculptors during those periods, such as Antoine-Louis Barye, Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux, François Pompon or Joseph Bernard to name but a few.
Jean-François Bourriaud, isn’t only a great enthusiast of the arts, ready to help anyone whom wishes to purchase, but also a great connoisseur of glassworks of the beginning of the 20th century, created by artists such as Emile Gallé, Daum brothers or Gabriel Argy-Rousseau. He is recognized by his peers as a key antique dealer in these specialties.
