Vizagapatam Indian box, 19th century

Rosewood(?) box with applications of interlacing, fillets and engraved and chased ivory bands.
The lid features a design engraved in the center with "E S N", and two cartouches representing a lion and an elephant.
Probably commissioned by an Englishman in the workshops of Vizagapatam, for his personal use or as a present on his return to England.
Four claw feet, one original key.
Good condition.
