Crown Of Prince - 48 Piece Dessert Set In Vermeil By P Queillé

Exceptional vermeil dessert set (sterling silver that is gold plated), finely chiseled and decorated with a Prince crown. Our cutlery set is made up of 12 vermeil dessert forks and 12 vermeil dessert spoons, 12 dessert knives with vermeil blades and 12 cheese knives with stainless steel blades. Each piece is engraved with a Prince crown. Our cutlery bears the Minerva 1st title mark in use from 1838 as well as the goldsmith's mark of Pierre François Queillé, active from 1834 to 1846. mid-19th century.

Our cutlery is a superb example of the refinement of the art of living of the high Aristocracy at the middle of the 19th century. The title of Prince is the highest rank in the French aristocracy. The set is in excellent and superb condition. The vermeil is in an exceptional state of freshness.
