Pair of "coin de feu" flat-back armchairs in molded natural wood, stamped Louis Cresson, received Maitre in January 1738, L.XV period.
Homemade patinated leather upholstery.

Cabinetmaker to the Prince de Condé and the Duc d'Orléans, Louis Cresson, a member of an illustrious family of seat cabinetmakers, was awarded the title of Master on January 28, 1738, and produced a wide range of classic, elegant seats in the L.XV style.
He distinguished himself by creating elegant curves and discreet decorations.
